Our Pilot R&D Facility, operating since 2020
Located in Iver, near Heathrow, our pilot facility undertakes R&D and feasibility testing of real-world feedstock and offtake, as well as process parameter tuning and product quality optimisation. Here, our technology is deployed under real-world conditions to explore the chemical recycling potential for a range of materials.
Since we began testing post-consumer and post-industrial feedstocks, we have gained a wealth of experience and understanding in the processing of mixed plastics, ensuring our scale-up to our demonstration plant will be a successful as possible.

Feedstock
We perform testing for interested commercial partners to better understand recyclable potential for critical plastics. We test different feedstocks of various polymer and contaminant variance.

Our facility allows exploration of various conditions and parameters for our patented pyrolysis process, learnings we build into the development of our upcoming Demonstration Facility at Brightlands Chemelot Campus.
